The phone number with more
than 10 digits cannot be shown
on the display at a time.
The first 10 digits are shown for
about 5 seconds, then the
remaining digits appear on the
display.
Be sure not to cover the ringer hole.
If you do, it will be difficult to hear the ringer.

Speed dialing
p If you use a Private Branch Exchange (PBX)
You need to dial a digit (such as 9) to access an outside line before
you dial a phone number.
To store the phone number:
1 Enter the outside line access digit.
2 Press PAUSE to enter a pause (to allow the phone time to
access the outside line.)
3 Enter the phone number you want to store.
p To check and dial the phone number stored in
the speed dialing
You can dial a stored phone number after checking it on the
display.
To check and dial a stored phone number:
1 Press SPEED DIAL.
"ENTER 0~9" appears on the display.
2 Press the desired speed dialing number (0 to 9).
The phone number stored in the speed dialing number appears
on the display.
3 Press TALK/DIAL while the phone number is shown on the
display
The phone automatically dials the number displayed.
p To keep a directory
Use the directories supplied. Following is an example of directory
usage.

Write down the names of
persons or places whose
numbers you have stored in
the buttons.
Peel off the directory.
Attach the directory to a desired
location except on the ringer hole.
