MINIMUM ADJUSTMENT Fig.A
After tranforming the appliance for another type of gas, the minimum flame must be adjusted by turning screw (3) to the right
or left until the minimum thermal power measures 3,1 kW.
SUBSTITUTION OF THE MAIN BURNER NOZZLES Fig.A
Remove the front fixing screws of the control panel (see figure A pos. 20), and remove the ignition cable from the piezo-
electric device.
With a suitable spanner, unscrew the nozzle (22) and substitute it with the appropriate one (refer to Specifications table).
SUBSTITUTION OF THE PILOT BURNER NOZZLES Fig.A
The flame of the pilot burner has fixed air flow. The only step necessary is the substitution of the nozzle (4) according to the
type of gas. To do this, remove the screws as specified above, unscrew the connection (5) with the appropriate spanner, and
substitute the nozzle (4) with an appropriate one. With the correct nozzle, the flame must lick the thermocouple.
Important!
After transformation to another type of gas, the data plate specifications must also be changed to the type of gas for which
the appliance is now set up.
CHECKING APPLIANCE OPERATION
Instructions for use are supplied with the appliance.
Check for any gas leaks.
Check the pilot flame; it should be blue and lick the thermocouple, otherwise the pilot burner nozzle must be checked.
Check ignition and the main burner flame.
The appliance should always be used according to the instructions supplied.
MAINTENANCE
With prolonged use it is necessary to carry out regular maintenance on the appliance to ensure its safe functioning. To this
end, a maintenance contract is recommended. The maintenance must be carried out only by skilled technicians who are
familiar with the standards of the country where the appliance is installed.
SPARE PARTS Fig.A
Parts such the cock, the piezo-electric device and the gas pipes may be substituted easily. To substitute these parts, procede
as follows :
Cock - After removing the front panel, loosen the screw fittings of the gas connections (6-8-16), remove the
thermocouple fitting (7) and pull out the thermostat bulb, then substitute the parts.
To substitute the thermocouple, unscrew the pilot burner connection (1) as well as the thermocouple connection (7)
and substiutute the part.
The ignition spark plug (2) must be unscrewed and substituted.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
