4. Attaching the fuel tank
1) Attach the fuel tank rack to the torsion axle (43) using U-Bolt (42), flat washer 8 (136) and
lock nut M8 (158).
2) Attach the fuel tank (40) on the fuel tank rack (41).
3) Attach the Fuel tank fixing plate (39) on the fuel tank (40).
4) Attach the lower end of the fuel tank fixing plate (39) to the fuel tank rack (41) using hex bolt
M8x35 (174), flat washer (136) and lock nut M8 (158).
5) Attach the upper end of the fuel tank fixing plate (39) to the chassis (1) using M8x35 (174),
flat washer 8 (136) and lock nut M8 (158).
5. Attach the mudguard
1) Attach the mudguard bracket 1 (2) and the mudguard bracket 2 (5) to the chassis (1) using
M10x25 (152), spring washer 10 (152), and flat washer 10 (133).
2) Attach the mudguard (3) to the mudguard bracket 1 (2) and the mudguard bracket 2 (5)
using M10x25 (169), flat washer10(133), and lock nut M10 (134).
