2. Installation and Pre-Operation
2.1 Installation
2.1.1 Positioning
Your appliance must be positioned and leveled on a dry and
firm surface with 850 mm of height.

2.1.2 Electrical Installation
Before stating the machine, check the voltage on the label
existent on the cord.
When you receive the equipment check the voltage
indicated on the cord label. The power plug has 2 (two) pins
and a hole is for the grounding. It´s mandatory that all three
spots are properly connected.
Make sure the network voltage is the same as
indicated on the cord label.
2.2 Pre-Operation
Before to use the equipment all the parts to be in
contact with the product shall be washed with water
and neutral soap.
Make sure the equipment is stable on the working
surface, if not adjust the height of the foot with a tool.

3. Operation
3.1 Starting the appliance
To turn the equipment on, proceed as follows:
1 - Turn on the equipment on the electrical grid;
2 - Check if the Protection Lid No. 1 (Fig. 01) and the Cup No.
09 (Fig. 01) are properly placed;
3 - Push the On Switch No. 07 (Fig. 01) to turn the equipment
on;
4 - Push the Off Switch No. 05 (Fig. 01) to turn it off.
Before starting the operation, be really careful to not
let appliances such as cutlery, hooks or other other objects
inside the cup.
3.2 Operation procedures
1 - Put the product to be cut or processed inside the Cup
No. 09 (Fig. 01);
2 - Check the item 3.2.1 in order to estimate the operation
time needed for the desired product;
3 - Place the Cup properly and put the Protection Lid over it.
For safety reasons, the machine does not work if such parts
are not on their correct place;
4 - Lock the Lid using the Lever No. 02 (Fig. 01);
5 - Do the whole process described on item 3.1;
6 - Wait for the operation period estimated for the product
(item 3.2.1);
7 - Turn the machine off;
8 - Open the Lid;
9 - Remove the Blade No. 10 (Fig. 01) very carefully, because
they are very sharp;
10 - Remove the Cup;
11 - Remove the processed product.
