Regular cleaning, maintenance
After working with the machine, always
remove the plug from the socket.
Do not allow water, oil or dirt to enter into
the machine.
From time to time, examine the safety valve
for damage.
When the machine is not being used, store it
in a dry, elevated or locked location, beyond
the reach of children.
Press the ON/OFF switch to switch off the
compressor.
Before performing any cleaning and/or
maintenance work, depressurize the vessel.
Risk of injury!
Water condensation

Cleaning the suction lter
The copper lter provides protection against
the ingress of foreign bodies and dust.
This lter must be cleaned or replaced
whenever there is a loss of performance, or
no later than after 100 operating hours.
Smaller dust deposits can be cleaned with a
brush or compressed air gun.
If contaminations of the lter are more
severe, soak the lter in petrol for three
minutes and then clean it carefully. Then
blow dry.
Warning! Wait until the compressor has
cooled completely. Risk of burns!
• Pressure-switch setting
The pressure-switch has been factory-set.
Switch-on pressure approx. 6 bar, Switch-off
pressure 8 bar
• Possible causes of failure that lead to a
motor-overload and thus cause the overload
protection to respond:
• Mains voltage too high
• Ambient temperatures too high and
insuffi cient air supply
• Defective compressor valves or leaking
check valve
• Belt slippage
Turn AC motors back on after the cool down
period. Avoid touching hot parts of the unit
and piping.
