Safety instructions for working with
compressed air
•
The compressor and lines get very hot
during operation, contact will cause
burns.
•
The gases or vapors sucked in by
the compressor must be kept free of
impurities that could cause res or
explosions in the compressor.
•
When disconnecting the hose connector,
hold the coupling member rmly with
your hand to prevent injuries that could
result when the hose recoils.
Operating pressure vessels in com-
pliance with the Pressure-Vessel-
Regulation
1. Anyone operating a pressure vessel
must keep it in a proper condition,
operate it in a proper manner, monitor
it, immediately perform any and all
necessary maintenance and repair work,
and implement all necessary safety
measures as the respective situation may
require.
2. In some cases the supervisory authority
may order any necessary monitoring
measures.
3. A pressure vessel shall not be operated
when it has defects that could present a
hazard to employees or third parties.
4. The pressure vessel shall be examined
regularly for signs of damage, such as

service workshop.
Commissioning
Electrical connection:
The compressor is equipped with a power
cord with a type F electric plug. This plug
can be connected to any grounded type
F socket 220V~240V /50 Hz that has 16 A
fuse protection. Long feed lines, as well as
extensions, cable drums, etc. cause voltage
drop and can prevent the motor from
starting. Do NOT attempt to start the motor
at temperatures below 0°C.
Using extension cables that are too long
and have too small a cross-section results
in a voltage loss, which can cause diffi cult
starting and increased motor load. It is
recommended to always plug the motor
cable directly into the wall outlet, and
preferably to use longer air hoses.
Recommended cable cross-sections:
Length up to approx. 10 m = 1.5 mm
Length up to approx. 20 m = 2.5 mm
