Now snugly wrap the wristband on your hand with the
help of hook and loop.
Open the hook and loop strap fixed wrist band and pass
your hand within the loop band.

Do not attach multiple tools to the
wrist band tool anchor, that combined, may exceed
the 2 lbs maximum rating.
For adding additional
tool to your wrist band,
attach the spring lanyard
to the D-Ring of the wrist
band.
Connect the carabiner
of the spring lanyard to
the D-Ring of wrist band
holder. Now the wrist
band is ready for use.
Make sure wrist strap stays secure on your wrist.
It must not slip over your hand.
