DIAGNOSTICS
Photocell (DS) management in case of a fault
The photocell management (DS) in case of a fault of AT LEAST ONE OF
THOSE ACQUIRED during installation will INHIBIT CLOSING of the gate
(excluding virtually all cases of controlled or automatic closing). If a photocell
previously acquired experiences a fault, the automation will stop, which will
only be able to open (for safety reasons), but will never be able to close,
except following:
1. Disabling of the safety devices (DS) via the DIP switch #10 (ON)
2. Reacquisition of the missing DS (with the same ID of the faulty device)
Disabling of the safety devices (emergency operation)
Disabling management of the DS (photocells, locks, etc.) allows the control
unit to "eliminate logically" the DS that are faulty/missing, but continuing
to manage consistently the settings of the functional DS installed on the
system. Essentially, disabling the safety devices (DS) does not eliminate the
photocells installed and that are functional (raising safety issues), but only
those that are no longer functional.
Reacquisition of the missing DS (fault repair)
If a photocell (DS) experiences a fault, the automation operates according
to the function set on the faulty DS (e.g.: if the photocell is set ON OPEN,
when the DS experiences the fault, the gate stops and will not restart until
disengaged, which will never occur, due to the presence of the fault). If you
do not want to intervene by disabling the DS via DIP switch #10, you will have
to repair the fault, i.e. replace the faulty DS with an equivalent one having the
same ID. Once you have reconnected the repaired DS, you have to run the
(DETECT) procedure again by
a. Pressing the RESET button in the control unit
b. running DETECT on the ONE app
CAUTION: By pressing the RESET button, all the accessories connected
are recognised, the HW parametres on the board (trimmer adjustments, DIP,
SLIDE, etc.) are checked again and the FIRST OPENING MANOUEVRE is
set. If the gate is completely open (safety manouevre), this can cause a stop
on opening and a new command must be sent to close the gate.
BLACK-OUT MANAGEMENT
The system, in the event of a power outage (or as a result of a logic RESET,
e.g. the pushing of RESET button in the control unit), will carries out the first
opening movement with a reduced speed to reach its mechanical stop.

FAQ. Question
NO. The ONE system necessarily requires
the use of 24VDC operators with encoder
to work properly, run precise movements
and ensure safety (obstacle detection).
NO. The ONE system requires the use
of ONE series geared operators that use
an encoder signal converter in order to
facilitate the installation of the encoder itself,
using only 2 non-polarized wires.
NO. You have to comply with the encoder
signal connections from both operators,
otherwise the operators detect a "false
obstacle" (short movement followed by
a stop) both when activating an open-
close command and during automatic
programming of the stroke. In essence, you
have to make sure you connect the wires
coming from the operator 1 in the dedicated
input to ENCODER 1 and those coming
from operator 2 in the dedicated input to
ENCODER 2.
The ONE system requires the use of
ONE digital accessories (with on-board
intelligence) connected on the BUS line that
communicate with the control unit through
a proprietary communications protocol.
The use of third-party accessories,
including digital ones, is not compatible
with the system. You can use third-party
devices using the ONE INTEREFACE I/O
that lets you manage N.O. push buttons,
indicator lights and external loads that can
be enabled from relays (with appropriate
and high-power lights. The ONE control
unit also features a dedicated output OUT
AUX that can be programmed as an AUX
FLASHING LIGHT output (24 VDC max.
VDC max. 12W pulse).
