Factory Reset
Performing a factory reset will restore all settings to default, disconnect the unit from the mobile app if connected,
and remove any primary and guest users. This can also help resolve issues connecting to the Flame Connect App.
To reset all the settings to factory default:
1. Turn the power off for 10 seconds at the main power switch.
2. Turn the power back on. The unit will start the warm-up sequence.
3. Once the warm-up sequence is complete, press and hold
and
at the same time for 10 seconds. This action
must be performed on the hidden touch controls.
