Possible cause
• The volume is set too
low.
• The wrong playback
mode has been
selected.
• Unsupported file
format.
• The microphone
volume is too low.
• The microphone is
muted.
The connection to the
USB stick / SD card is
broken.
Remedy
 Increase the volume
as required.
 Check the volume set
on the external audio
playback device and,
if necessary, increase
it.
 Press the MODE
button once or
repeatedly until the
correct playback
mode is displayed
on the screen of the
connected device.
 Only use files of the
MP3 format.
 Increase the
microphone volume
as required.
 Switch off the mute
setting via the
microphone switch.
 Ensure that the USB
stick / SD card is
inserted correctly.
