POSSIBLE CAUSES
SOLUTIONS
Double check if the power order is connect to the appliance
properly. Then plug power cord into wall socket.
Press the Power On button. Select a Preset menu or select Time
and Temperature. Press the Start/Pause button and cooking will
begin.

Close the door and push it a bit until you hear a "Click".
Use smaller batches for more even frying.
Use the Temperature + button to raise the temperature and
continue cooking (see section 'Recommended settings' in chapter

Use oven snacks or lightly brush some oil onto the snacks for a
crispy result.
When you fry greasy ingredients in the air fryer oven, a large
amount of oil will leak out. The oil produces white smoke and the
pan may heat up more than usual. This does not affect th e
appliance or the end result.
White smoke is caused by grease heating up in the Accessories.
Make sure you clean it properly after each use.
Use fresh, firm potatoes.
Rinse the potato sticks properly to remove starch from the outside
of the sticks.
Dry potato sticks properly before adding oil.
Cut sticks smaller.
Add a bit more oil.
