Troubleshooting
High-pressure pump
Before performing any inspection, maintenance, cleaning or other work on the machine, shut off the engine, turn off the water
supply and squeeze the spray gun trigger until the pressure in the system has been fully released.
Condition
No or too little water coming from the
high-pressure nozzle
Pressure drops or fluctuates

Cause
Water hose kinked
High-pressure hose kinked
Shortage of water
Engine speed too low
Water intake screen clogged at inlet of high-
pressure pump
Air in system
High-pressure pump draws air
High-pressure nozzle clogged / worn
Valves in high-pressure pump worn
Gaskets in high-pressure pump worn
High-pressure pump has frozen
Water temperature too high
Remedy
Remove kink
Replace high-pressure hose
Open water tap completely
Check diameter and length of intake hose
Run engine at full throttle

Vent system by actuating the spray gun sev-
eral times at short intervals
Check all connections in water intake, seal if
necessary
Clean high-pressure nozzle - see
"Maintenance"
Replace high-pressure nozzle
Have the high-pressure pump repaired
Have the high-pressure pump repaired
Thaw out high-pressure pump
Maintain permissible water temperature –
see "Specifications"
