Problem
Reduced or insufficient vacuum power

Troubleshooting

Cause
Clogged main filters
Clogged vacuum hose
The bag (class M or H) is full
Clogged filters.
One or more solenoid valves are stuck
in cleaning position (InfiniClean Model)
Circuit breaker activation
The shutter valve is closed
The motor rotates in the wrong direction
The filters are torn
Clogged filters.
One or more solenoid valves are stuck
in cleaning position (InfiniClean Model)
Improper grounding

Remedy
Clean the filters.
If this is not sufficient, replace.
Check the vacuum hose and clean it.
Replace
Turn off the vacuum cleaner, wait for
at least 15 seconds so that the blower
turns off completely, then restart, and
vacuum clean air for at least 3 minutes.
Check the setting.
Check the motor electrical input.
Empty the container.
Contact an authorized after-sales
service center if necessary.
Check it and try to open it
Invert two of the three phase wires
inside the plug.
Replace them with others of identical
type.
Turn off the vacuum cleaner, wait for
at least 15 seconds so that the blower
turns off completely, then restart, and
vacuum clean air for at least 3 minutes.
If this is not sufficient, replace the
filters.
Check all ground connections.
Especially check the connection at the
inlet.
