The door cannot be
opened.
Smell is perceived.

water in the wash
and rinse.

Non-faulty situations
A programme is running.
There are clothes between the door and the
door seals.
There may be a rubber odour because
some components are made of rubber.
The washing machine requires little
water during operation.
Is the tap running?
Is the water inlet pipe frozen? Are the
filters blocked?
If the water level inside the drum is low, the
machine will automatically load water.
Check whether detergent with too many
bubbles has been added.
If the laundry is unbalanced during spinning, the spin
time will be increased to correct the deviation.
Check if the power cable touches the housing. Have the
transport bolts been removed?
Are there hairpins or coins in the drum?
The washing machine will stop working after a power
failure. When the power supply is restored, it will still
not be able to operate. Press the On/Off button and
restart the programme.
