• Ensure the high pressure cleaner is assembled and prepared for use
properly.
• Ensure the water supply valve is fully opened.
• Ensure the switch (5) is off, position '0' .
• Insert the power cord plug to mains socket.
• Press the switch button (5) and set to the ON position marked with
'I' (fig. G).
• Release the trigger lock button (d) of the gun handle (b) and direct
the nozzle (f) outlet onto the testing surface.
• Press the trigger (e) and wait until air and conatminations get out
of the nozzle.
• Adjust water stream.
• Proceed with cleaning.
SWITCHING OFF THE CLEANER AFTER CLEANING
• Press the switch button (5) and set to the position marked with 'O'
• Close water supply with the valve.
• Drain the water that is inside the cleaner pump and pressure hose by
pressing the trigger (e) until the water stops coming out of the nozzle.
• Use the trigger lock button (d) to lock the trigger (e).
• Disconnect the high pressure cleaner from power supply.
The pressure inside the cleaner remains. Do not direct the water
stream onto persons, animals, electric equipment and the device
itself, even after switching the cleaner off.
Ambient temperature during cleaner operation should be
between 5
0
C and 40
0
C.
TRIGGER LOCKING
When temporary break in operation is neaded, it is absolutely
necessary to secure the trigger with the trigger lock button
located on the gun handle to avoid accidental start up.
Locking the trigger – press the trigger lock button to the right (fig. D).
Releasing the trigger – press the trigger lock button to the left (fig. D).
SPRAYING THE DETERGENT
Disconnect the cleaner from power supply.
• Ensure the trigger of the gun handle is locked.
• Remove the cap and fill the detergent container (h) with appropriate
detergent.
• Move the nozzle (f) to the front.
• Direct the nozzle onto the surface that you plan to apply detergent
on and release the trigger lock.
• Press the trigger and apply the detergent (when the cleaner is
switched on, the detergent in the container will be sucked and
mixed with water under low pressure).
• When the detergent is applied move the nozzle (f) to the back and
proceed with cleaning using high pressure.
High pressure cleaner is designed to work with cleaning agents
recommended by the manufacturer. Use of other cleaning agents
may have negative impact on safe operation of the tool. Do not
use acids, petrol, kerosene or other flammable liquids as cleaning
agents. Use domestic-purposes detergents only (pH 6-8).
Before starting to use the high pressure cleaner ensure there are
no other persons or animals in the work area.
Some surfaces may get damaged by high pressure water stream.
• Never bring the nozzle closer than 30 cm away from the cleaned
surface (when in any doubts whether the water pressure may cause
any damage, try effect in small, not visible place).
• Never use the cleaner to clean surfaces with easily removable coating.
• Always move the stream on the cleaned surface. The water stream
must not be directed at the same spot for long time, because it may
damage the surface.
• Before high pressure cleaning always consult the manufacturer
of object to be cleaned, whether the surface is suitable for such
treatment.
OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE
Unplug the power cord from the mains socket before commencing any
activities related to installation, adjustment, repair or maintenance.
CLEANING
• Keep the cleaner body, gun handle, pressure hose and the lance clean.
• Keeping the nozzle clean is necessary for effective cleaning.
• Clean the nozzle on a regular basis using the cleaning rod.
• Entrust all repairs of the cleaner only to a qualified person. Only
original parts should be used.
• Damaged electric power cord should be replaced by qualified
electrician.
• There are no parts inside the high pressure cleaner that require user
service or maintenance. Take the tool to authorized workshop when
internal parts of the cleaner require repair.
STORAGE
• Disassemble gun handle, pressure hose and cleaner lance and keep
them in a dry place.
• Keep the cleaner beyond reach of children.
• Avoid keeping the cleaner in temperature below 5
water inside the cleaner).
All faults should be repaired by service workshop authorized by the
manufacturer.
