Cure
Fill the system
Check the water pressure switch
Check the wiring or replace the sensor
Reconnect the external sensor or disable
the sliding temperature
Check the correct positioning and opera-
tion of the heating sensor
Check the correct positioning and opera-
tion of the return sensor
Check the circulating pump
Vent the system
Check the correct positioning and opera-
tion of the heating sensor
Check the correct positioning and opera-
tion of the return sensor
Check the circulating pump
Vent the system
Check the card parameter and modify it if
necessary
Check parameters and carry out a 100%
calibration
Check the position of the electrode,
replace it if necessary. After replacement,
repeat the 100% calibration
Reset the fault. Turn the hot water faucet
and wait for the flame to stop flashing
(about 2 minutes)
Check the earth connection, the electrode
and replace the controller if necessary
Try and disconnect the power supply to the
boiler for 10 seconds and replace the con-
troller if necessary
When finished, remove the BCC Service
key device
Repeat the procedure and replace the
BCC Service key if necessary
Connect the controller to the valve
Check the wiring or replace the valve
Turn off the power to the boiler for 60 sec-
onds and then reinstate the boiler
Reload the firmware or replace the card
