Causes and solutions
• Restart the smart device's Bluetooth feature and
try again.
• Check if the smart device's Bluetooth is enabled.
• The connection may not be optimal if there is an
obstacle or a person between the product and the
smart device or if there are other nearby devices
such as medical equipment, microwave ovens, or
wireless LAN devices which are using the same
Bluetooth frequency.
• The product and smart device are too far apart.
Keep the connected product and smart device as
close as possible. The usable distance may differ
depending on the operating conditions.
• The Bluetooth feature and pairing may not be avail-
able depending on the smart device specifications.
