5.10 Low Z measurement (elimination of interference
and induced voltages)
Measurement function in 'Low Z' mode eliminates the influence
or interference voltages or induced voltages, making the measure-
ment more accurate and reliable. These voltages may occur due to
capacitive feedback between the live conductors and the unused
conductors located in the vicinity.
To perform the measurement:
 set the rotary switch at Low Z,
 press MODE
, if an alternating voltage is to be measured,
, if a constant voltage is to be measured,
 connect black test lead to COM terminal, and red test lead to
VΩHz%
 contact probe blades to measurement points (for DC circuits:
connect red probe to the positive pole),
 read the measurement result on the display.

6.1 RANGE button

The button is used to set the measuring range.
 To enable the automatic function, press and hold RANGE
button longer than 1 second.
 To manually toggle through the measuring ranges, press
RANGE button
This function is not available for measuring the current of
10 A, frequency, duty cycle, diode test, continuity, capaci-
tance and temperature.
