Cleaning and maintenance
a)
Pull out the mains plug before each cleaning and when the unit is not in use.
b)
Use only non-corrosive cleaning agents for cleaning the surfaces.
c)
Store the unit in a dry and cool place protected from moisture and direct
sunlight.
d)
Do not spray the unit with a stream of water or immerse it in water.
e)
Make sure that no water enters through the ventilation openings in the casing.
f)
Clean the ventilation openings with a brush and compressed air.
g)
Perform regular inspections of the unit checking technical fitness and any
damages.

Press the HOLD button again and "CAL" will appear. Then
press the UNIT button to select the weight to be calibrated
and the display will show "XXXXX" with a flashing number.
Press UNIT to change the position of the blinking digit to the
right. Press ZERO to increase the value of the blinking digit
and confirm the selection with the HOLD button. The display
will show "CAL" again.
IMPORTANT: In order for the calibrated device to weigh
accurately, it is recommended that the calibration weight
value be at least 2/3 of the maximum allowable load of the
device.

Press the PRINT button, so the display shows "CAL" and then
the value "AD ...". Press UNIT when the stabilization light is
on, the weight value for calibration will flash on the display.

Set on the weighing beams of the device the appropriate
weight for calibration. After it has stabilized (the stabilization
control light is on), the screen will show the message "-----",
then the value "AD ..." and the calibration is completed.

Turn off the unit and remove the calibration weight from the
beams.
Turn on the device again and weigh the previously used
•
weight for calibration to check whether the measurement of
its weight is correct. If necessary, repeat the calibration
process.
