Approximately 15 minutes later, the water will begin to boil, remove the glass lid
place noodles into the Hot Pot and cover.

When water returns to a boil add some seasoning and mix. Turn the temperature
control dial to 'Warm', for slow cooking. Cook the noodles according to personal
taste, if done, turn the temperature control dial to 'Off', hot pot will stop heating
and indicator light will go off. When no longer in use, always remember to unplug
your appliance from the electrical outlet.
Steamboat / Hot Pot
1.
Remove glass lid, add water or broth lower than the 'MAX' level. Then cover with
glass lid. Insert the plug to an electrical outlet. Turn the temperature control dial
to the desired temperature 'Boil', indicator light will go on and Hot Pot will start
heating.

Approximately 15 minutes later, the water will begin to boil, remove the glass lid
add in soup ingredients. Cook according to personal taste.

If you want to reduce the temperature, turn the dial to 'Warm', as the
temperature will take a longer time to return to a boil. When you are done and
no longer need to heat your food, turn the control dial to 'Off' this will turn 'OFF'
the appliance completely. When no longer in use, always remember to unplug
your appliance from the electrical outlet.
Steamed Eggs
1.
Remove glass lid, add about an inch of water. Then place the Steam Rack into the
Hot Pot and place your eggs on the rack. When steaming eggs, the eggs are not in
contact with the water at all.
NOTE: For steamed eggs, set your timer for 6 minutes for soft boiled, 10 minutes
for hard boiled with a translucent and bright yolk, or 12-15 minutes for cooked-
through hard boiled. These times are approximations. If you double up the eggs
in the pan and they are not in a single layer, you may need to add a couple
minutes or so to the cooking time for hard boiled.

Then cover with glass lid. Insert the plug to an electrical outlet. Turn the
temperature to boil and set a timer. Indicator light will go on and hot pot will start
heating.
