Press the START button and the display will show a flashing calibration value
Place the appropriate test weight in the center of the pan.
Wait for a steady indicator and the display will return to weighing mode.
Calibration is complete
Place a known weight on the pan to check that it is accurate.
If the displayed weight does not match the value of the calibration weight, repeat
the above steps.
