If the fault persists, apply to the service centre.
This is not a fault.
Faulty components
The machine has not been
properly rinsed after descaling
Use of expired capsules
The hopper holes are clogged
Completely open the control lever (1) so that
the capsule support comes out of its housing;
recover the unused capsule from capsule
container (6) and insert it again. If the fault
persists, apply to the service centre.
Open the control lever (1) again and then
close it completely. If the fault persists, apply
to the service centre.
Make sure that the capsule container drawer
(6) does not contain too many old capsules
and cannot take any more, then empty it.
Apply to service centre
Close the lever (1) and open it again slowly
Press the symbol (2) and slowly open the
control lever (1) while the water is being
dispensed.
Make sure that the capsule container drawer
(6) does not contain too many old capsules,
preventing ejection of the used capsule; empty
it.
It is normal for a few drips to come out at
the end of dispensing
Take the plug out of the socket and apply
to the service centre.
Rinse the machine again
Check the capsule expiry date
Clean the hopper (see page 32)
