Starting up/heating
• Connect the machine by inserting the plug in the power
socket.
• Press a symbol (2-3) to switch the machine on. The icons will
flash intermittently until the correct temperature is reached;
when the symbols (2-3-12-13) come on steady, the machine
is ready for use (Fig. 5)
• Every time the machine is switched on, after it reaches the
operating temperature the pump activates for 3 second in
order to eliminate cold water from the internal circuits.
• While heating (symbols 2-3-12-13 flashing), the machine
cannot dispense drinks.
Funzione risparmio energetico
The machine is provided with a system that enables it to pass
to energy saving conditions (OFF) after it has been switched
on for a certain time without being used.
If the machine remains on without being used, it switches off
automatically after about 30 minutes.
To use the machine again, press a symbol (2-3) and wait for
the machine to warm up: the delivery symbols (2- 3-12-13) will
flash intermittently until the correct temperature is reached; when
the symbols (2- 2- 12- 13) come on steady, the machine is
ready for use. (Fig. 5)
Switching off the machine
The machine can be switched off by pressing and holding down
at the same time symbols (2-3) (Fig.5)
ATTENTION:
To save energy, the machine automatically switches
off when not in use for more than 30 minutes.
Rinsing the machine/internal circuits
At the first use, or if the coffee machine has remained unused
for a long time, the internal circuits must be rinsed following the
procedure described below:
•Check that there are no capsules inside the machine and that
there is water in the tank (8); switch on the machine by pressing
the symbol (2-3) (Fig. 5)
•The symbols (2-3-12-13) will flash intermittently until the correct
temperature is reached; when the symbols (2-3-12-13) come
on steady the machine is ready for use.
Close the small cup holder (16), place a cup on the grid and
press the delivery symbol (2-3); the machine delivers water (Fig.
6); press the symbol again when the desired amount of water
has been delivered. Rinsing is complete when at least three
cups of water have been delivered.
