IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR THE CORRECT OPERATION OF THE OVEN.

An identification plate with technical data, serial number and marking is visibly attached to the
product.

Do not remove it under any circumstances.

It is compulsory to remove all protective film before operating the appliance.

Do not use scouring pads or blunt objects to avoid damaging the surfaces. Use non-abrasive products,
using wooden or plastic utensils. Rinse thoroughly and dry with a soft cloth or microfibre cloth.

Do not use plastic containers. The high temperatures reached inside the oven could melt the material
and damage the appliance.

Due to the high temperatures, use heat-resistant dishes and tools.

Make sure that the oven is on a flat surface.

The colour of the surfaces may vary due to temperature.

Do not apply any stickers or colour any parts of the oven.
-
The oven must be installed so that it can easily be accessed for cleaning.
-
Never place flammable objects in the oven: a fire could be started if it is accidentally ignited.

During operation, do not allow children near the appliance or to play with it.

Do not insert sharp metal objects (e.g. cutlery or utensils) into the slots of the appliance.

Although the stainless steel oven has insulation material, it may overheat on the outside.

Place the oven away from objects and materials that can be damaged by heat.

Do not place flammable materials in front of the oven, protect the floor with fireproof material if it is
made of flammable material.

Do not place flammable material under the oven chamber.

Use the handles provided to open and close the door.

Do not touch the chimney during use, risk of possible burns.

Do not use flammable liquids near the oven.
-
Keep electrical cables and fuel lines away from the hot surfaces.

Do not use the oven if a breakage or faulty operation is suspected.

Do not move the oven during use or while it is still hot.
-
Do not lean or place objects on the oven, it may be unstable.

Move food away from the flames until they are extinguished, should there be uncontrolled flames.

Wear heat-resistant kitchen mitts when using the oven.

Parts sealed by the manufacturer must not be modified by the user.

Do not leave the appliance unattended during cooking which may release fats or oils. Fats and oils can
catch fire.

Do not obstruct openings, ventilation or heat exhaust slots.
-
For ovens with an integrated base, remember to lock the castors of the stand with the appropriate
brake during use.

If using charcoal, use only high-quality natural wood charcoal. Do not use briquettes, lava stone, liquid
fuels or anything other than those indicated.

The front sill is not suitable for gripping when lifting the oven.
