5.5 - IDLE SPEED REGULATIOn

The idle speed is well regulated when
the engine runs smoothly in all positions
and the speed at which the cutting
accessory starts moving when the
throttle is pressed.
With the engine running and the throttle
inactive, the rotating accessory must
remain still. If the cutting accessory
runs with the throttle inactive, it is
necessary to adjust the idle speed.
1. Check if the air filter is clean;
2. With the engine running, Rotate the
regulating screw (38) to adjust the idle
speed;
Clockwise, it speeds up.
Counter clockwise, it speeds down.
If the idle speed cannot be adjusted
so that the accessories remain still at
operation breaks, call your VITO official

5.6 - LUBRICATIOn

5.7 - STORAGE AnD CLEAnInG

rises and the intake and exhaust valves
are closed. Leaving the engine in
this position will help protect against
internal corrosion;
6. Reinstall the spark plug;
Cleaning
