Symptom/Problem
Dies difficult to install

10. GUARANTEE
The Y39E1E and Y39E1BHE tools are guaranteed free of defects in material and workmanship for a
period of one year from the date of purchase. Any defects that show up within one year will be repaired
or replaced free of charge. As long as the tool was correctly used following the instructions of Supplier.
After one year the units will be repaired in the factory and billed to the customer. The Y39E1E and
Y39E1BHE tool which has to be repaired (re-constructed in the factory, equipped with new spare parts,
adjusted and completely re-conditioned has to be sent (WITHOUT DIES) to SBI.
Together with the unit for repair, a repair order and a short description of the failure is required. AII
Y39E1E toots re-constructed in the factory carry a new guarantee of six (6) months as from the date of
leaving the factory.

To determine this, fully open pump
handles. Measure the center-to-center
distance of the handle ends. This distance
should not exceed 432 mm.

Internal hydraulic leak.
Over-filled hydraulic fluid reservoir.
Damaged ram return spring.
Ram wiper ring/piston contaminated.
