➤ AS-15 DC/DC only: Connect the 12-V connection cable to the 24-V
adapter (fig. 4 A, page 4), then connect this to a 24-V plug socket (24-V
cigarette lighter) in the vehicle.

(fig. 4 A, page 4) and plug rectifier into a 100 – 240 V AC socket.

Close the box tightly by pushing down the lid.
✓ The cooler starts cooling the interior.

Ensure that the objects placed in the cooler are suitable for cooling
to the selected temperature.
➤ If you wish to switch the cooler off:
– Disconnect the plug.
5.3 Connecting to a cigarette lighter

If you connect the device to the cigarette lighter of your vehicle,
remember that the ignition must be turned on to supply the device
with power.
6 Cleaning and maintenance

Before cleaning the cooler, disconnect the plug from the socket or
cigarette lighter.

Do not clean the cooler under running water or in dish water.
Caution!

Do not use abrasive cleaning agents or hard objects during clean-
ing as these can damage the cooler.
➤ Occasionally clean the device interior and exterior with a damp cloth.
