3. Drain the fuel......
a. Check that the engine oil filler cap is tightened securely.
b. Remove the fuel filler cap and drain the fuel into an approved
gasoline container by tipping the pump toward the fuel filler neck.
c. Press the priming bulb several times until there is no more fuel in
the fuel return tube.
d. Tip the pump toward the fuel filler neck again to drain the fuel.
e. After all fuel has drained, reinstall the fuel filler cap securely.
