Solution
• Low battery. Charge until battery LED is solid green.
• Press down and release the On/off button towards the
symbol to start/stop the cleaner.
• Overheated. Move cleaner to cooler area. Do not store above
32°C.
• No power. Reset circuit breaker. Try plugging charger into a
different outlet.
• Dirty connection. Clear debris from plug on cleaner.
• Trapped air. Hold cleaner under water, tilt and shake to release
air bubbles.
• Filter full/dirty. Empty canister, wash with soapy water and a soft
brush.
• Make sure the pivot float arm moves freely.
• Manually rotate wheels back and forth to release blockage.
• Filter full/dirty. Empty canister, wash with soapy water and a soft
brush.
• Turn off spa pump and jets while using cleaner.
• Water chemistry imbalance. Consult a spa service professional.
• Some spa designs may have areas inaccessible to the cleaner.
• Reattach lid securely (see step in "Empty the Filter Canister"
section).
• Latch stuck. See latch problem/solution below.
• Submerge cleaner in water, open and close latch a few times to
rinse out sand.
• Completely dry out cleaner, open and close latch a few times,
blow out sand.
• Remove canister, wash with soapy water and a soft brush.
Make sure canister is seated and oriented properly.
• Normal operation. Cleaner stops and floats when the cleaning
cycle is done.
• Normal operation. Cleaner floats periodically during navigation.
• Filter very full. Empty filter canister.
• Blockage detected. Turn off cleaner and remove lid. Clear
debris from exposed moving parts.
