Tappet contact

General instructions
We recommend: Install the sash and frame part on the hinge side in the up-
per third of the door (centre mark ±2 mm).
The residual airgap between sash and frame part should be 4 ±2 mm.
Approximately 10 cm of reserve cable is necessary for installation of electri-
cal components with cable connections (e.g. EAV motor housing, frame-si-
de and sash-side tappet contact and frame power supply)
Minimum cutting dimensions for sash part must be at least 35 mm on the
backset. If possible, cut deeper (reserve cable).
No cutting is necessary for the frame-part tappet contact for plastic and
aluminium profiles. The reserve cable is in the profile/hollow chamber. The ∅
13 mm drill hole for the cable passage is horizontal through the entire frame.
The frame power supply is positioned over spacers for plastic profiles (see p.
22).
