Attach the buckles with One-Wrap® to the rails as shown below (Figures 11, 12).

8. Tighten the webbing ends so that the front of the flap is nearly touching the deck (Figures 13, 14).

9. Attach hooks to the bottommost loops on the back of the bag. Pre-tighten them if needed, as these need to be very tight.
Make sure open end of hook is pointing down (Figure 15, 16).

a. Undo mushroom nut and reattach through D-ring on lower tension straps (Figures 17–20).
b. The Big Dummy Bags feature several positions where the tension strap can be anchored. Depending on what you are hauling,
you may find a different position helps stabilize your load. As the clip is easy to reposition when the strap is not tensioned,
you can experiment with its placement to suit your needs. The lowest position (5) is best for general use. Always make sure
to tension the webbing for best results.
