Installation
1. Move the flap so it is covering the inner pockets but not fully extended over the main/outer flap (Figure 1).

2. Slide bags over Big Dummy rails so the sleeves cover the top rail and straight leg, with the two adjustable Velcro straps
positioned on the bent leg with the bolts (Figures 2, 3).

a. The Velcro straps will attach to the bent leg with the bolts (Figure 4).
b. The sleeve will go onto the straight leg (Figure 5).

3. Position the rail collars on the ends of the rails. Do not tighten them yet. If your bike has rail collars, now is the time to ensure
they are mounted on the rails on the rearmost legs (Figure 6).
4. Slide the rails into the frame with the bag loosely attached. Don't tighten anything down yet (Figure 7).

5. Install Deck per your deck rail instructions.
6. Attach and tighten the rear Velcro straps. Thread the Velcro straps through the O-ring and secure (Figures 8–10).
