Turn the guard in the direction of the
arrow until the adjusting lever points
forwards.
:
Unscrew the banjo bolt (3) and
remove it with the gasket.
:
Remove the square nut from the
guide from the inboard side of the
guard.
:
Take out the screw (4).
:
Turn the adjusting lever upwards
and remove.

Fit the adjusting lever (5) in position

Screw in and tighten down the
screw (4).
:
Insert the square nut into the guide
in the connector and hold it in place.
:
Screw the shorter banjo bolt (3) with
gasket onto the adjusting lever and
tighten it down.
:
Turn the guard in the direction of the
arrow until the adjusting lever points
forwards.

To relax the V-belt,
:
Unscrew the hexagon bolts (6) and
:
turn the tensioning nut (7)
counterclockwise with the
combination wrench –
approx. 1/4 turn, until it reaches "0".
:
Remove the hexagon bolts.
:
Pull the V-belt guard (8) off to the
front and remove the V-belt from the
front belt pulley.
:
Remove the bearing (9) with guard.
