Clicking on RENAME displays a keypad which can be operated using the rotary
knob.
To enter the name of a sequence proceed as follows:
turn the knob to select the desired letter;
press the knob to confi rm the letter selected.
The letters entered appear in the horizontal bar above the keypad.
After entering all the letters required, use the rotary knob to select the OK key and
then press the knob to confi rm the name.
The on-screen keypad window contains the following elements:
1.
Horizontal bar: displays the letters entered by the user
2.
OK: confi rms the name entered
3.
Del: deletes the last character (letter/number/symbol) entered
4.
\n: displays a cursor in the horizontal bar (point 1)
5.
RST: cancels the name entered
6.
ESC: exits the keypad and returns to the main SEQUENCES screen
7.
123: used to change the functions keys of the keypad as follows:
press once to display lower case letter keys;
press twice to display the symbol keys;
press three times to display numeric keys.
REMOTE VALVES
In this screen the user can set the operating modes of the remote control valves.
Note that:
the fl ow rates of remote valves 1-4 are adjusted from the multifunction arm-
rest;
the fl ow rates of remote valves 5-6-7 are adjusted from the iMonitor;
the activation times of remote valves 3-4-5-6-7 are adjusted from the iMoni-
tor;
the activation times of remote valves 1-2 are adjusted from the multifunc-
tion armrest.
The screen contains the following elements:
1.
Flow control setting:
OFF: no fl ow control;
Equalized: the oil fl ow is distributed among the remote valves ac-
cording to demand;
Engine: the engine speed increases when the remote valve is oper-
ated to meet the demand for oil (max. 1800rpm);
Equalized + engine: the oil fl ow is distributed between the remote
valves and engine rpm is increased when necessary.
2.
Swap remote valves: the swap function allows the user to assign valve
controls to different valves, with any changes made displayed at the bottom
of the screen (see next point).
3.
Number and confi guration of remote valve controls: using the rotary knob,
the user can select each individual remote valve control. Once a valve
control has been selected, press the knob to display the corresponding
submenu.
With a valve control selected, pressing the knob displays a screen showing the status and settings of the selected valve control.
Note that fl ow rates and activation times for remote valve controls 5-7 can be programmed from the i-Monitor, while for remote valves
1-4 these functions are set from the multifunction armrest.
