12. ALARMS

Error reset can be automatic or manual, depending on the error that occurs. Manual reset is carried out using the
enter button and then start to restart the pump.

13. WARNING

The Warning remains active until the cause is no longer present. In the Warning condition, the pump can still
operate normally but it may be near the limits of the Error condition.

Causes
20 restarts with stand-by time less than

The pump is not properly primed or
there is air inside the pump casing. The
pump restarts whenever the system
pressure is under the restart pressure

Reset Causes
ERR
No water in the suction tank.
The unit stops and then restarts automatically.
MAN
An attempt is made every 10 minutes for a total
of 5 attempts
MAN Faulty pressure sensor
Supply voltage lower than 185V.
AUT - The system restarts automatically when the
supply voltage is higher than 190V.
Supply voltage higher than 255V.
AUT - The system restarts automatically when the
supply voltage is lower than 250V.
The system has started more than 150 times
MAN in 1 hour. An attempt to restart after 5 min for a
total of 6 attempts.
The system tries to restart automatically and
MAN makes one attempt every 10 seconds for a total
of 3 attempts.
The system tries to restart automatically and

Overtemperature detected on the board. The

Possible remedies
Check the membrane pressure, if necessary
install a tank of maximum 8 litres
Make sure that the pump casing is full of liquid
and that all the air has been expelled.
Check if there are small leaks in the system
