3. Remove the screws (4) and the arm (5).
4. Remove the swivel and replace it with a new one, or replace the seals. Make sure the seals are placed correctly (Fig. 8).
5. Grease the interior of the swivel and place it carefully back on the shaft until it touches the bearing on the spool.
6. Place back the rest of parts in reverse order.

POSSIBLE CAUSES
Spring is not tensioned enough
Hose has a hole or is damaged
Damaged swivel rings
Spring is over tensioned
Damaged ratchet
Ratchet not fitted
Damaged spring ratchet

SOLUTION
Increase spring tension
Replace the hose
Replace the swivel rings
Decrease spring tension
Replace the ratchet
Assembly the ratchet properly
Change the ratchet spring
