OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS

Function
Turns scale on and off. Also used when entering Calibration or
Options mode.
Holds the displayed weight until the button is pressed again to
HOLD/RLS/
release the value. Will recall the previously locked weight if pressed
RECALL
when nothing is on the scale.
499KL: Toggles between pounds (LB) and kilograms (KG). If weight
measurement unit is locked, press and hold UNIT button to display
UNIT
other weight measurement unit. Note: Weight measurement will not
toggle on 499KG or if Everlock
Prompts entry of height data to calculate patient's Body Mass Index
BMI
(BMI).
Increases height input (0.5 in / 0.5 cm increments) in BMI mode or
UP▲
weight in pre-tare mode. Also used to navigate Options.
ZERO/TARE Zeroes out or tares the scale prior to a weighing.
CLEAR/ Exits out of a mode or process. Also allows for repeated weighing
REWEIGH of the patient without requiring the patient to get off the scale.
ENTER/
Selects an option or value.
SELECT
Decreases height input (0.5 in / 0.5 cm increments) in BMI mode or
