Montaje con tornillos
La fijación mediante un anillo de perforaciones
se utiliza en fresadoras y centros de
mecanizado con placas de policarbonato
(PC).
La perforación y de la sujeción fija del disco
de policarbonato pueden afectar a las
propiedades del disco. Encargar la instalación
a profesionales. Observe los pares de apriete.
Preste atención en los vidrios antiguos o
después de un uso prolongado a grietas y la
opacidad de la ventana de la máquina. Vuelva
a colocar el vidrio a tiempo.
El montaje con anillo de perforaciones no
puede utilizarse para tornos debido a la
capacidad de retención determinada en
ensayos de impacto. Proceda según 4a.

Perfore en el disco de policarbonato un anillo
de orificios con las medidas indicadas más
abajo. Limpie la parte interior y exterior de la
placa cuidadosamente con isopropanol.

Oriente el logotipo horizontalmente y monte la
carcasa. Coloque el anillo de fijación desde
fuera en las perforaciones y luego el estator
sobre los pernos desde dentro. Apriete los
tornillos M5x20 Tx10 y ajústelos con un par de
1,1 Nm. Fig. 4b.2
Si se supera el par de apriete pueden dañarse
partes del Rotoclear.

Screw-mounted Installation
An installation with a hole circle is used on
milling machines with polycarbonate windows
(PC).
The drilling and the fixed clamping of the
polycarbonate disc can affect the properties of
the disc. Make the installation by
professionals. Observe the tightening torques.
Make sure when old discs or after a longer
service life for cracks and cloudiness on the
machine window. Replace the disc in time.
Based on the retention capacity determined
during ballistic tests, the pitch circle must not
be installed on lathes. Proceed according to
4a. See section 13 for more information.
Drill holes into the polycarbonate disc using
the dimensions shown below.
Thoroughly clean the interior and exterior
surfaces of the window with IPA. Fig. 4b.1
Align the Logo in a horizontal position and
mount the housing. Place the mounting
adapter into the bores and fit the stator onto
the bolts from the interior. Tighten the M5x20
Tx10 screws to a torque of 1.1Nm.
