FIRST START-UP AND USE
Before switching on the motorised storage unit for the first time, check that:
• The storage unit is stable and the piping is connected to the DOSING UNIT correctly
• There are no objects, rags or processing residues inside the storage unit; then discharge enough fuel (pellets) inside it to exceed
the minimum level sensor
• The electrical connections are correct and securely fastened
• The DOSING UNIT discharge door is closed and there is enough space in the boiler hopper for more fuel to flow in
• The minimum level sensor LED is on
At this point, it is possible to start conveying the fuel; turn the red light switch to 1 and the system will start operating.
The system works by alternating suction actions and rest times (approx. 10 seconds) which allow the fuel sucked into the DOSING UNIT
to fall into the boiler hopper.
To adjust and set the motor running time, use a screwdriver on the potentiometer on the electrical panel (see figure), turning it
clockwise to increase the motor running time or counter-clockwise to decrease it.
It is important that the operating time is enough to transport only the appropriate amount of fuel to fill about half the volume of
the DOSING UNIT (see MAX LEVEL sticker); a shorter time will allow less fuel to be transported, but too long a time could overfill the
DOSING UNIT and damage the system.
The operating time can also be changed in the future to adapt to a different types of pellets or to pellets with a different specific weight.
When the fuel level inside the motorised storage unit decreases, the sensor located inside it will interrupt the operation of the motor,
leaving the conveying system in stand-by; as soon as the correct fuel level is restored, the system will restart automatically.

For optimal filling of the DOSING UNIT, check that about 2.6 kg of pellets (ENplus A1 type) flow into the DOSING UNIT; this is equivalent
to about half of its internal volume. If filled to a lower level, there will be no consequences, but if filled above the optimal level, there
may be malfunctions and noise in the SUCTION module and the fuel transport pipes may become clogged.
It is therefore recommended to adjust the operating times on the control panel appropriately, taking care to check them at least every
time the fuel storage unit is topped up.

ELECTRICAL SAFETY
The thermal circuit breaker protects the electrical
and electronic parts of the system from overcurrents
and short circuits.
During correct operation, the thermal circuit
breaker button will be inside its seat; if, on the
other hand, it has been triggered, it will protrude
from its seat slightly.
Potentiometer
It must be reset manually by pressing the button;
this operation will only be effective if the cause of
the blockage has been resolved.
If the blockage occurs repeatedly, the intervention
of a specialised technician is required.
It may be necessary to adjust the operating times again if the
specific weight or the type of fuel changes, even slightly; in these
cases, simply recalibrate the operating time on the control panel,
so that the DOSING UNIT is still filled with fuel at each cycle up to
the level indicated by the MAX LEVEL sticker.
