How to Froth Milk

1. Ensure there is water in Removable
Water Reservoir and move Frothing
Nozzle to right of unit.
5. Fill a metal or ceramic cup 1/3 full with
cold milk. A stainless steel cup and
skim milk are recommended.
2. Plug into outlet. Press ON/OFF Button
to begin heating water. When heated,
Temperature Ready Light next to Steam/
Espresso Button will come on.
6. Hold cup underneath Frothing Nozzle,
leaving about 1/4 to 1/2 inch between
Nozzle and bottom of cup.
3. Press Steam/Espresso Button.
7. When green Temperature Ready Light
turns on, turn Steam Control Dial
about 3/4 turn toward steam. Hold
cup under Frothing Nozzle until desired
consistency is reached. Froth should
be stiff and scoopable with a spoon.
4. Turn Steam Control Dial clockwise to
(no steam).
8. Turn Steam Control Dial to (no
steam). Press ON/OFF Button (light
will go off); then press Steam/Espresso
Button again to turn off. Unplug from
outlet. Clean Frothing Nozzle after each
use.
