The heated lamp gantry can be mounted above the hot and cold plate
in two ways:
Installation in the recesses of the mounting frame of the hot and

cold plate
Installation directly on the worktop of the food system

The heated lamp gantry has a mounting cut-out to accommodate the
controls for the hot and cold plate.
The heated lamp gantry is also controlled via the controls for the hot
and cold plate and the functions are switched on according to the
selected operating mode. The additional heat generated by the heated
lamp gantry is detected by the temperature sensor of the hot and cold
plate to record the surface temperature and is thus indirectly used to
control the temperature of the hot and cold plate.
