27. Insert six Large Wood Dowel (5) into the inner hole of Panels (B, C and D).
28. Attach the Top Panel (A) to the Panels by engaging six Large Cam Locks (2).
29. Using the pilot holes as a guide, attach two Locking Casters (T) to the Bottom Front Stretcher (F) and
two Swivel Casters (U) to the Bottom Back Stretcher (G) with four 14 mm Screws (7) per caster.
