Assembling and connecting the SC1 boarD

Before proceeding with the installation,
carefully
read
connections" in the boiler's installer manual.
Before carrying out the operations described below:
– Set the system's main switch to "OFF".
– Close the gas valve.
Then:
– Loosen the two screws (1), pull the front panel (2) forward
and lift it to detach it on top.

Remove the screws (3) securing the control panel (4).
– Move the panel (4) upwards (a) while keeping it in the side
guides (5) all the way to the end.
– Turn it forward (b) until it lies horizontal.

Loosen the screws (5) and remove the closing panel (6).

– Position the board (SC1) and secure it with the three screws (8).
– Connect the flat cable (FC) to the boiler board (SC2) (see
diagram in Fig. 7).
– Mount the two grommets (9) and (10) supplied on the holes
in the boiler's bottom panel.
– Insert, through the first grommet (9), the cables coming
from the pump (PMI) and from the Heat Pump (PDC) and
connect them to the board (see diagram in Fig. 7).
– Put the closing panel (6) back on and fasten it with the screw (5).

Insert through the other grommet (10) and through the
opening (11) located on the rear side of the boiler's control
panel, the cables of the TA (room thermostat), SE (external
sensor) and SMI (system delivery sensor).

Put the control panel (4) back into its original position and
secure it with the previously removed screws (3).
– Connect the wires of the room thermostat (TA), of the

external sensor (SE) and of the sensor (SMI) to the terminal
board (12) (see diagram in Fig. 7).
