LED indicator

When the radio is on reception, the LED lights up
green every 5 seconds.
When the radio emits (by pressing the PTT key),
the LED turns red.
Scan
The Channel Scan function is active on channel 16.
The green LED will flash.
Exit channel 16 to deactivate the function.
