MAIN CONTROL UNIT (ZS-2000M)
This chapter mainly describes the characteristics, functions, appearance, and specifications of the
ZS-2000M.
The ZS-2000M is control equipment in the Digital Public Address and Voice Alarm System designed for
expanding the number of loudspeaker zones, and can support multiple sound source files for broadcasting.
The system integrates with functions such as the sound source file storage system, the network audio
broadcasting system, the loudspeaker zone control system, and the system for monitoring and diagnosing
faults. The system integrates well and is easily configured.

PRODUCT CHARACTERISTICS

The ZS-2000M offers various features, which are listed below:
- Supports the manual selection of audio source files, zone buttons, and the device can be operated
directly.
- Supports PTT microphone (Optional) for emergency or public paging.
- Led lights show the status.
- Remote paging and broadcasting from the ZS-200M.
- 8 configured zones.
- 4 auxiliary inputs that can connect to external audio source equipment such as a CD player or tuner
- 4 AVC input ports that can set the phantom power supply and gain of each input.
- Supports speaker circuit supervision.
- A fuse protects the main power supply. In the case of a power supply short circuit within the ZS-2000M,
the system automatically disconnects the main power supply.
- Built-in loudspeaker that can monitor the zones.
- Built-in 1GB nonvolatile memory: 500MB (The maximum storage time is 96 minutes.) can store audio
files and 350MB (The maximum storage time is 67 minutes.) used for recording.
- Play max. 4 channels audio sources from the network or internal audio files.
- Supports changeover of the amplifiers.
- Self-test function.
- Supports automatic fault diagnosis.
- Manual or automatic volume control for 4 channel outputs.
- Can define the zone and sound source names. Button function description labels are also easy to install.
- Internal audio matrix enables broadcasting any audio source in any zone.
- Timing broadcasting function.
- Extendable up to 250 ZS-2000M through Ethernet.
