Paging Microphone (ZS-200M)
This section describes the ZS-200M characteristics, functions, appearance, and specifications.
The ZS-200M connects to the system and related devices to transmit audio and control information through
the Ethernet network. The MIC is used for paging, controlling broadcasts, monitoring zones, and for using
the bidirectional intercom function.

PAGING FUNCTION
The ZS-200M can page zones that are connected to the system.
MONITORING FUNCTION
The ZS-200M has built-in loudspeakers to monitor the output from selected ZS-2000M zones. The monitor
loudspeaker volume can be adjusted.
FULL DUPLEX INTERCOM
The ZS-200M can select other ZS-200M in the network to which a full duplex intercom session can be
initiated.
BROADCAST CONTROLS
The ZS-200M can configure the function of all ZS-200M buttons through the software to setup the following
multiple broadcast control functions:
- Manually emergency voice alarm or pubic address
- Turning the microphone on and off
- Selecting one or all zones to broadcast
- Selecting an ZS-200M for bidirectional communication
- Zone monitoring
EMERGENCY VOICE ALARM BY MANUAL
When the ZS-200M performs fire emergency broadcasting, the system at first manually enters the emergency
broadcasting mode, and then performs emergency broadcasting operations while also paging broadcasting.
BROADCASTING STATE DISPLAY
The ZS-200M LCD screen can display the broadcasting state. Red indicates emergency broadcasting and
green indicates public address. Yellow indicates a fault.
