Procedure (B) for ceiling mounting with distances
smaller than 500 mm between the rail pair and the
garage wall:
Fig.
d
Using the screws  (S6 + S12), mount the rail
connector
(6)
to
bracket (20L/20R) of both rail pairs (14L/14R).
Fig.
e
Fold up the rail connector (6) to the opposite
corner connecting bracket  (20L/20R) and fasten it
with the screws  (S6  + S12). Then insert another
screw (S6 + S12) on the other side.
Fig.
g
For each side of the ceiling mounting, prepare
the ceiling suspension that has been shortened ac-
cordingly. The ceiling suspension consists of the an-
chor rail  (27), the connection angle  (28) and the
screws  (S6  + S12). Only fasten the screws lightly to
be able to align the system afterwards. Then use two
screws each (S6 + S12) to mount the pre-assembled
ceiling suspension to both corner connection brack-
ets (20L/20R).
Fig.
h
Then use the screws  (S8) and the suitable
plugs (S9) to mount the ceiling suspension to the gar-
age ceiling.
The subsequent assembly steps are identical for
wall mounting and ceiling mounting.
Fig.

Measure the diagonals of both horizontal door
guide rails. To do so, select the same reference
points for both sides. Both diagonals need to have
the same value to ensure a smooth door movement
with low friction. If required, also check the horizontal
alignment of the rail pair by means of a spirit level.
Only then tighten the screws on the suspension and
on the rail clip (29).
Fig.
j
Mount one LS track bracket  (19) to each rail
pair  (14L/14R) by placing the LS track bracket cent-
rally on the rail pair  (14L/14R) and by turning it into
position.
Fig.
k
and Fig.
l
Position the two guide rail track
brackets (19) as required for the intended suspension
point and mount one ceiling suspension on each side
with the screws (S6 + S12).
Fig.
m
From a height of BRH = 2126 mm, an addi-
tional suspension is required for the rails. To do so,
screw another ceiling suspension each to the con-
necting plate  (18) of both rail pairs  (14L/14R) by
means of the screws (S6 + S12).
Fig.
n
Check the rail pair  (14L/14R) for potential
twisting, then screw the remaining ceiling suspen-
sions to the garage ceiling by means of the
screws (S8) and the suitable plugs (S9).
4.4.5 Adjusting the track rollers
Fig.
a
, page A8. Slowly loosen the screws on the
two transport brackets and carefully lower the door
leaf. Fig.
b
Then completely remove the two trans-
port brackets and dispose of them. Reinsert the
loosened screw.
Observe the following settings for different
door drive types.
These assembly, operation and maintenance instructions must be kept for the entire period of use!

Slightly loosen the nut  (S12) on
the roller block  (88L/88R) to be able to adjust the
roller (105L/105R). According to the type of drive
used, adjust the roller  (105L/105R) on the roller
block (88L/88R) as follows:
Ceiling pull: Position the centres of the track roller in
a way that it is offset approx 25 mm towards the inner
edge of the tail end.
Hand operation and NovoPort drive: Position the
centres of the track roller in a way that it is centrally
aligned with the inner edge of the tail end.
Please refer to the assembly instructions for
the NovoPort drive for further assembly steps
on the NovoPort drive.
Fig.
e
Loosen the screw (56a) for adjusting the track
rollers (56) on the door hinges (48).
Fig.
f
Hand operation and ceiling pull: Adjust all
track rollers (56) in a way that the door segment's dis-
tance to the sliding strip is approx. 1.5  – 2  mm (pull
rolls in direction of the arrow).
Fig.
g
NovoPort drive: Adjust the track rollers  (56)
as previously described. On the NovoPort side, in-
verse the running direction of the topmost track
roller (56) in order to pull the door leaf away from the
sliding edge.
Make sure that the track rollers can be turned easily
by hand.
4.4.6 Mounting the wall anchors
Fig.
a
, page A10. Lift the door leaf and push it in its
end position. Secure the door leaf on both sides
against sinking.
Fig.
b
Tighten the three screws  (S11) on both tail
ends (16L/16R).
Fig.
c
Remove the R-pin (15) from the lower spring
suspension  (5) and store it in an accessible place.
Unhook the slot of the spring assembly  (11) on the
lower side of the spring suspension (5). Hook the ten-
sion spring to the side to obtain free access for fur-
ther assembly.
Prior to mounting the wall anchors  (7), check the
width stop and the place for the plugs on the ma-
sonry.
Depending on the stop width and the mounting condi-
tion, mount the wall anchors  (7) by means of the
screws (S6 + S12) as follows:
Fig.
d
, page A10. The width stop exceeds 120 mm.
Place the wall anchors (7) on the outside of the angle
frame.
Fig.
e
The width stop's range is between 45 mm and
120  mm. Place the wall anchors  (7) on the inside of
the angle frame.
NOTICE
Functional impairment of the tension
spring!
Do not place the nut (S12) inwards on
no account. This will cause a functional
impairment of the tension spring!
