Door installation

Please refer to the picture section of the assembly in-
structions, meanwhile, follow the illustrations as
shown in the instructions.
The illustrations in these assembly
instructions depict the assembly of the door
version iso20-4 ZF. Unless otherwise
mentioned, the assembly steps and
explanations depicted also apply to the door
version iso45-5 ZF. Instructions deviating
from the ones shown are marked accordingly.
4.4.1 Set-up and positioning of the door
Before starting the assembly, remove the individual
components (rails, arches and packing bags) from
the door leaf.

leaf and place it behind the driveway opening. Secure
the door leaf against toppling over and align it hori-
zontally using the spirit level. Remove the carrying
aids afterwards.

Drill a dowel hole (Ø=10 mm) with a depth of
min. approx.  65  mm for the angle frames  (1R/1L) at
the top of the frame head as well as for the installa-
tion of the shutter holder  (13). For this purpose, it is
best to use a masonry drill.

Remove the transport screw from the corner
connection bracket  (20L/20R) and the angle frame
(1L/1R). Then pull the rail connector (6) out from un-
derneath the door leaf.

the wall mounting, prepare an anchor rail (27), meas-
ure the required length and shorten the anchor
rail  (27) accordingly. In doing so, note that ap-
prox. 20 mm have to be added to the required meas-
urement for the attachment on the wall. This space
will later remain in the rail connector (6) and provide
for the required stability. In a next step, mount the rail
clip  (29) on one end of the anchor rail  (27). While
screwing it on, make sure the rail clip is able to move
freely. Then mount the connection angle  (28) to the
other end. Use the screws  (S6  + S12) for assembly.
On the side of the wall mounting, completely slide the
pre-assembled anchor rail  (27) into the rail con-
nector (6).

Using the screws  (S6 + S12), mount the rail
connector
bracket (20L/20R) of both rail pairs (14L/14R).

Fold up the rail connector (6) to the opposite
brack-
corner connecting bracket  (20L/20R) and fasten it
with the screws  (S6  + S12). Then insert another
screw (S6 + S12) on the other side.

Pull out the pre-assembled anchor rail  (27)
from the rail connector  (6) and screw the pre-as-
sembled anchor rail (27) to the garage wall by means
of the screws (S8) and the respective wall plugs (S9).
Only fasten the rail clip  (29) lightly. It should still be
possible to shift the anchor rail (27) in order to align it
the
rail
diagonally afterwards.
These assembly, operation and maintenance instructions must be kept for the entire period of use!
Potential obstruction at the transition
to the rails.
Make sure there is no offset in the
transition between the guide rails. If ne-
cessary, slightly adjust the arch ends.
The anchor rail (27) must be divided
with regard to the entire suspension
The anchor rail (27) is intended to be
used for all suspensions and must be
cut into the required sections with for-
ward planning.
