Making sausages (see Fig. 4)
1. Install the sausage-maker head as per Fig. 4 - without the cutter and grating. he
long one is used to make thin sausages, and the thick one is used to make thick
sausages.
2. Soak a sausage skin, tie the end of it, and draw it over the sausage-maker
head.
3. Fill the feeder nozzle with minced meat (add spices or herbs as desired).
4. Turn the switch to "ON".

Before cleaning remove the mains lead from the socket.
•
For cleaning the outside of the machine use only a damp washing-up cloth.
•
Do not use any sharp or abrasive detergents.
•
Both accessories can be cleaned in soapy water.
