STEP 10
Tighten all screws and nuts.
Your weight machine should now be fully
assembled.
Please check that all bolts are tight and
that the cables are seated correctly on all
pulleys before use.
Adjustments to the cables may be
necessary during the first session of use.

USING THE PRODUCT

Physical exercise, even in moderate intensity, will help to improve your heaith. Your blood pressure, your cholesterol
values, blood sugar, motivation and even your mood may be greatly improved by doing sorne sports. You may tone
your body within limits. Combining exercise with heaithy nutrition may have great impact on your body fat levels, your
shape and your overall well-being. Weight train ing improves your muscular fitness and your mobility and thus helps

ATTENTION: Make sure all bolt and nylon nut are tighten enough before using the machine.

MAINTENANCE

• After training, you should wipe the device and the handlebars with a dry cloth. This will prevent the
components from being contaminated by dried sweat.

material is made of raw materials that are recyclable. Please dispose of these materials as required. If you
